My superannuation

Dear Readers
I am approaching 60 years. On 30th Jan 2018 I will celebrate 60th birth day. On the very next day I will be retiring from the post of chief Manager from Bank of Baroda.
I could not spare much time for blogging in recent days due to engagements as required by my employer.
I will get enough time for blogs now.

सुकमा के शहीदों  को नमन 

अत्यंत दुःख की बात है कि  एक बार फिर वीर जवानो को जान गवानी पड़ी है। शहीदों के परिवार के प्रति हमारी सम्बेदनाएँ। 

हम इस माध्यम  से सरकार  से निवेदन करते हैं कि अब समय आ  गया है कि  हम कोई ठोस कदम उठायें  जिससे यह समस्या जड़ से दूर हो सके. 

Sukama episode-what is remedial measure

We are shocked to hear the Sukama episode. In present day when kasmir is showing record voting  percentage, then why we are lagging behind in sukma.

All governments have have shown only their sentiments. No effective measure has been taken so far.
In my opinion there are several remedial measures which should be adopted to curb such problem. These are
1) Enactment of  new laws to identify and debar political persons who are engaged in provoking  persons to take arms against police/ security persons.
2) use of experiences & lessons of tackling sikh extremism of past.
3) Use of RUDSETI Model of training and providing employment opportunities by creating localized jobs and financing through a centralized agency/ or a new agency.
4) Dismantling the supply chain of arms and funding of Naxals.
5) Heavy investment on  intelligence by employing local persons.
6) Use of defense expertise for curbing the activities of Naxals.
7) No political party should be allowed to speak for vote bank politics
I understand govt. can control their activity if they adopt such measures

Rudseti approach for eradication of Naxalism in India

Rudseti stands for Rural Development Through Self Employment type institutions a wonderful approach for training and after training follow up for those who are at the age of 18-35 years and also for those who are still away from the developmental schemes of govt. RUDSETI Approach is suitable approach for unemployed people who are 8th standard pass or even they are educatedup to graduation but are not capable to get any wage employment. Such unemployed people tend to become antisocial element, particularly in those areas where people are very much deprived off and are having anti govt. feelings.this is the root cause of growing Naxalism in India.
RUDSETI Approach can prove to be the best cure to divert such mass of unemployed people towards self employment. This will not only save lot of money, the Govt is spending on security forces but it will be instrumental for bringing those people in mainstream.
